A subsidiary of Okuma Fishing USA, FishLab Tackle was launched as a lure company that provided anglers with realistic, scientifically accurate products that were designed for one purpose… to catch fish! At FishLab we learn by doing. The water is our lab and we love research! We know there’s a reason when a lure works, and that angling is part art and part science. It’s a puzzle where the pieces constantly change, sometimes in our favor... sometimes not. But backed by a team with decades of experience, minds that have bold creativity, a little patience, and a lot of time on the water, we can better the odds of finding that successful formula. Working for FishLab, I have been able to develop my skills in package design, as well as expand the brand’s growth via print collateral, the creation of digital assets, tradeshow events, and product photography. With FishLab developing new and unique lures every year, opportunities are unbound.

2022 - FishLab Product Catalog
With the launch of the brand, I led and designed the style and layout of the product catalog. With a die-cut cover, a square and minimalist aesthetic, the catalog showcases the products that adhere to our brand guidelines.
2020 - FishLab Snap Back
Apparel was designed and created to help spread the word about the company. Various pieces including hats, shirts, and jackets were distributed among our influencers, pro-staff, and staff to aid in capturing video and social media content.
FishLab Tackle Bags
In collaboration with our product development team, I mocked up and created the design of the topographic patterns as well as zipper pulls used on the end product. The images below showcase the produced FishLab Tackle Bags that were distributed to vendors across the nation. Highly received, the development of different styles is around the corner.
